Are your designer items 100% authentic?
All designer items are all 100% GUARANTEED authentic. They all come with their tags attached. We place our reputation on the authenticity of these goods. All brand name items are guaranteed to be authentic or you can return them for 3x the money you paid. In order to return an item that you feel isn't authentic you must provide proof of inauthenticity. In the case of clothing and accessories, you must carry them to their respective maker or distributor and get written and certified proof from them that the item is inauthentic. You must obtain two copies of this proof from them. One copy will be Jewelry City And More and one will be for yourself. For example, if you believe a COACH bag to be inauthentic you must take it to a COACH store (or a retail store such as Nordstrom) and get written proof of it's inathenticity. If the item is found to be inauthentic upon their examination, you are to place one of the written copies in a package with the item and return it to us. Upon receiving the package we will return you 3x the money you paid. If there are fees associated with proving the inauthencity of an item, you are responsible for the fees. We must be notified via e-mail of your belief that the item is inauthentic and your intention to have it examined and returned, if found inauthentic by the second day of the items arrival. All clothing and accessories must be returned within 7 days after their arrival. If these requirements are not met an item will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. It should also be noted that Jewelry City And More keeps a record of all purchases and naturally has receipts to prove authenticity.

When do you ship items?
Items are usually shipped out within 24 hours of a cleared payment, and frequently on the same day. This assumes that a cleared payment is received by 3pm EST for a same day shipment. In the rare event that there is a delay in shipment, you will be contacted via e-mail with the delay reason and expected shipping date.

Are your jewelry products 100% authentic?
All of my jewelry products are 100% authentic guaranteed. (All stones and metals will be what they are said to be.) They come straight from the factory so that we can provide you with quality service and prices. Many of the jewelry items come with documentation of authenticity as well as it's MSRP for peace of mind. We place our reputation on the authenticity of these items.

Do you offer combined shipping on items?
Yes, combined shipping is offered. Full price will be charged for the item with the highest shipping rate. Each additional item will be charged at 1/2 of that item's shipping rate. The extra money for discounted shipping rate fore each item will be credited back to you account, upon recipient of payment, if you pay via paypal or google checkout. If you pay with a check or money order, you can automatically calculate the combined shipping charge and add it to the total. Example: Product A: $5 shipping Product B: $15 shipping Product C: $ 8 shipping Combined shipping Total: Full charge for product B because it's the highest shipping rate, and 1/2 price for products A and C because they are the lower rates. Buyer will pay : $15 + $4 + $2.5 = $21.5 (Combined shipping)

Do you accept checks and money orders.
Checks and USPS money orders are accepted. In the case of orders being paid for by checks and USPS money orders, a representative will call you to confirm the order. If after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact you by phone and/or the arrival of the fourth business day without payment, items are re-listed. Checks and USPS money orders must clear before an item is shipped out. Orders will be shipped out imediately after a cleared USPS money order, and 7 days after a cleared check. Orders over $100, Electronics and Jewelry CANNOT be paid for by check. **Money Orders and Checks are only accepted for domestic (United States) orders. All international orders must be paid for via Google Checkout or via Paypal.

Priority mail (2-3 day transit time) is almost always used. In the cases of books, media mail may be used unless the shipment consists of multiple books that fill a priority mail box.

It's important to you as the customer because it's your way of letting us know how things are going. Furthermore, it provides a means for your fellow shopper to decide if he or she wants to do business with us or not, if I am trustworthy. We want you and them to both come away with one answer "Yes!".

Are Returns Accepted? *100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Unless an item arrives defective or meets the requirements for our authenticity guarantee, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If an item arrives damaged we must be contacted by email by the second day after your product's arrival so that a representative can give you a RAM and approve the return. Please be sure to include in your e-mail what it is that is defective about the item. The day of your item's arrival is counted as the first day. All returns must be received by the 7th day after the product's arrival. The RAM should be written on a piece of paper and placed inside the package. If a packages arrives without a RAM a refund will not be issued. Funds will be returned the same way that they were give. Shipping fees are not refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, all items must be returned with all of the materials with which they were sent or a refund will not be given (i.e. boxes, instruction manuals, tags). Any deviation from ANY of these requirements and a refund will not be given.
